Bookings: - Contracts and agreements will be valid consequent to Pangeans Safari Ethiopia tours confirmation of the booking by fax, e-mail, letter or telephone. 12 weeks prior to deparure, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is requested. Unless prior arrangements have been made, Pangeans safari is not indebted to conduct the tour if complete payment has not been received, by the fisrt day of the tour.

Cancellations: -
Cancelation of confirmed bookings received more than
* 12 weeks days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the of the deposited amount of 50%
* 8 weeks prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 25% of the total deposited amount of 50%
* 4 weeks prior to departure forfeiture of a 100% of the total deposited amount of 50%

Responsibility and Liability: - Only the laws of Ethiopia govern Pangeans safari's liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, PS accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects. PS will dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with third parties such as hotels, air lines and travel agents. However, PS can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.
